Creator Terms

Last updated: March 23, 2026

These Creator Terms supplement the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. By using Studio to create and publish avatars, you agree to all three. If there's a conflict, these Creator Terms take precedence for Studio-related matters.

Who Is a Creator

A "Creator" is any user with access to Studio — the set of tools for designing, configuring, and publishing AI avatars on Avatar Arcade. Creator access is granted at our discretion and may be limited during early access periods.

What You Build

Using Studio, you can create avatar configurations that include:

Together, these elements form your "Creator Content."

Ownership and License

You Own Your Creative Work

As between you and Ink Sky Media LLC, you retain ownership of the original creative elements you contribute — your personality prompts, character concepts, voice direction, and other human-authored inputs.

What You License to Us

When you publish an avatar, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your Creator Content to provide, improve, and develop the Services. This includes hosting, displaying, distributing, and making your avatar available to other users — plus modifying it for formatting, optimization, and platform compatibility.

This license continues after account termination for content that was published and interacted with by other users. Unpublished drafts are not covered.

What Users Can Do

Other users can interact with your published avatars through conversations — that's the intended use. They don't get rights to copy, redistribute, or repurpose your avatar outside the App.

Credits and Studio Costs

Studio operations consume credits from the same balance you use for conversations:

Publishing and Visibility

Draft vs. Published

Avatars start as private drafts visible only to you. Publishing makes them discoverable by all users. You can unpublish at any time, which returns the avatar to a private state.

Content Screening

When you activate an avatar for the first time, it goes through an automated content screen. If something is flagged, you'll see a clear explanation and can edit before retrying. See our Community Guidelines for what's checked.

Suspension

If a published avatar is reported and found to violate the Community Guidelines or Terms of Service, it may be suspended from public access. During suspension:

Your Responsibilities

As a Creator, you're responsible for:

Removing Your Content

Future Features

We may introduce additional Creator features over time, including analytics, revenue sharing, and advanced customization tools. These will come with their own terms or updates to this document. We'll notify you before any changes take effect.
