Avatar Arcade ("the App") is operated by Ink Sky Media LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.
Conversations with AI avatars are not private. When you talk to an avatar, your voice is transcribed, your conversation is logged, and sessions may be recorded. We use this data to operate, improve, and develop the App. Our team may review conversations for quality and safety. If you wouldn't say it in a room full of friendly robots taking notes — maybe don't say it here either.
When you sign in using Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from the authentication provider. We do not receive or store your password.
When you have a conversation with an AI avatar, we collect and store:
During conversations, your voice is streamed in real-time to speech-to-text services for processing. Voice data is sent to third-party AI providers to generate avatar responses. Audio streams may be recorded as described above.
We collect information about how you use the App, including session frequency, feature interactions, navigation patterns, and engagement metrics.
If you use Studio tools to create avatars, we collect the inputs you provide — including personality prompts, voice configurations, image prompts, and creative direction. Creator sessions with the Avatar Assistant are logged like any other conversation.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation of purchases and manage your credit balance, but do not have access to your payment card details.

Your voice and conversation content is sent to these providers in real-time to power avatar conversations. Each provider has its own data handling practices.
When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for billing, legal compliance, or ongoing dispute resolution. Anonymized or aggregated data derived from your usage may be retained indefinitely.
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure authentication, and access controls on stored data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense, but sharing data with third-party analytics services may constitute a "sale" under CCPA's broad definition. We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
